Any cancellation of air ticket first speak to airline call center and then raise a request of refund to Sainik Udaan.

Refund for cancelled tickets will be processed after the deduction of appropriate cancellation fees, which may take up to 7 working days.
The customer first needs to cancel the flight ticket from the Airline or can do it from Sainik Udaan app using this procedure :
Go to Menu on top left corner – Click on Home Button – Select My Trips – then select upcoming trips on the top – Select the flight you want to cancel and then send us a cancellation request.
After you have cancelled your flight, send a email at firstname.lastname@example.org about the refund and provide Bank Account Number, IFSC Code and PNR Number. We will process the refund within 7 working days.
Client needs to speak to the respective airline for reschedule or client needs to drop mail to email@example.com
Any correction for Title/Spelling one should speak to the direct airline for correction and it can happen with free of cost within 24 hours of booking, or if booked at least 7 days before the travel dates. Do it as soon as possible because it may take some time.
Client needs to drop the mail at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting Subject line as: Transfer wallet amount to bank account. He must also provide his registered email address and phone number.
